Got three Cretaceous Burmite Amber pieces in the mail today from Myanmar (that i won on eBay)… all containing insects (except for one containing a rare feather). They sent me, as a bonus gift, some paper money from Myanmar. Very colorful and beautiful currency! Wow! 🙂
Tom glad to know that you are enjoying your goodies from our country! We have gone thru several currency changes – wonder which one they sent you? The currency name “kyat” hasn’t changed though. Enjoy!
They sent me (as a free gift) 3 bills of 20 Kyats each. It probably isn’t worth much, is it? It sure is pretty!
I just ordered two more 100 million year old Cretaceous Amber pieces. One containing a nice spider, and one containing a nice ant and a small snail. 🙂
